The debate is between reardencode and Alex Pruden with the proposition being that Quantum FUD is more of a threat to Bitcoin than actual developments in quantum computing.

They had a vote before and after the debate and the side that changed more people's minds won. I won't spoil who won the debate, but it was civil and both sides produced reasonable arguments. My personal feeling was that Rearden was a little weak in the beginning but improved towards the end, but I found Pruden pretty eloquent.
