There's just a much bigger picture (like maybe the biggest) and most people just either nitpick the individual people, stories, docs, without zooming out and putting the puzzle pieces together.

working on a Karpathy Second Brain wrt the UFO topic

I’ve been focusing on SAPs, SAPOC, SAPCO, OUSDAT, and how exactly programs like this could be hidden within the USG.

If I had to pick one document though, it’s the Wilson Davis Memo (not from this release of docs)
