I propose a new addition to this guide. I call it "Fiat Diet," 2010-2030. Built to last? No-- built to sell sell sell to the desperate young couple fleeing their parent's basement. Exterior finishes are vinyl pretending to be anything else. That brick? Vinyl. That stone? also vinyl. It looks faux very nice for 3 years then the weathering makes it start to look like a regretted Temu purchase. The vinyl melts. The painted concrete chips away.

Often found in cramped neighborhoods I like to call, "luxury ghetto (tm)." Good luck trying to play pass with your boy there. "Timmy, go long! Timmy, three steps is too far, please get off of the neighbor's lawn six doors down."
