An Oregon couple has filed a class action complaint on Monday against Bitcoin Depot (NASDAQ: BTM) in U.S. District Court for the District of Idaho, alleging the company’s bitcoin ATM network processed $76,000 in deposits connected to an alleged scam over five days and failed to intervene.
