Think Lightning Labs' coming TARO protocol, where basically you're inscribing sats with metadata to represent dollars, and sending them to the LN. I don't know of a word for the process. Dollarization is a general term. *Satoshification* is good.

satoshification might roll off the tongue a little better, if you want to use something actually referencing sats.

I'll admit the definition itself is a little hard to understand. Is it similar to the way one would use the word 'dollarization'?
