The zerohedge article doesn't mention Bitcoin.
The platform will rely on cryptocurrency payments from vessels and is being advanced by the Iranian Economy Ministry, according to a Saturday report by Fars News Agency.
The "Fars News Agency" link is pretty sparse. It does not mention Bitcoin or crypto. So I'm not sure where zerohedge got that part from.
But, a different Cars News link in does:

A document obtained by Fars News Agency shows that the Ministry of Economy has been pursuing a plan since early May to enable management of the Strait of Hormuz through insurance.
This plan would allow the issuance of various types of marine insurance policies as well as financial liability certificates, which could generate more than $10 billion in revenue for the country.
The platform’s website regulations state that fast, cryptographically verifiable insurance policies will be provided for shipments passing through the Persian Gulf, the Strait of Hormuz, and the surrounding waterways, and payments will be settled in Bitcoin, and the shipment will be covered from the moment of confirmation and a signed receipt will be provided to the owner.
Search for the platform’s website address here.

A number of other sketchy news orgs are also picking it up:
Hormuz Safe, backed by Iran’s Ministry of Economy, uses Bitcoin and crypto to settle policies directly. No SWIFT network required. No Western intermediaries needed. -cryprobriefing
It makes a ton of sense to me, but I'm skeptical it is real.
I have searched for the website but cannot find it.
Would be interesting to know if it is real, and if it is, and how it will work out.
