I'm seeing a lot more "chatter" in the notifications. Was there some change that affected the granularity that would trigger a notification, or is it there are just more upboats occurring now (which is possible, now that much of the SN community has become rich in sats thanks to the first yield airdrop)?
Not complaining,.... just curious as to the reason for what I think I'm seeing.

... it makes me wonder if there's any plans to posts from subs to show up on the main board... sort of like your front page on reddit. From the employer POV there's some incentive that they get more direct eyeballs on their listing... Maybe even have an expensive option for it to "boost" it to the front page for a certain time period...

Eventually we might do this, but it's not worth experimenting with the front page for now.
HN allows jobs posts to kind of float into their front page but they have a lot more momentum than we do.

Nah, very old neighborhood. I'm going to board up my bedroom window and maybe put up a sign reminding the guests that they aren't magically unheard when they're in an airbnb ... absent that working I'm going to begin looking into zoning laws.
