Only if you use my app ( BOLT12 Pay from Community Marketplace ), it runs an integrated LNDK runtime server that creates and pays Bolt22 offers on LND if onion message protocol is enabled.

My app now triggers an automated action on setup that passes the correct protocol settings to lnd.conf without the user needing to hustle with command line stuff...

So yes with BOLT12 Pay, bolt12 works with LND on startos...

There also is a umbrel community app store version and official umbrel submission is under way
