It probably wouldn't be the most efficient tool for that, but you might be thinking about it differently than me.

This would be better if you and your friend saw that the public parking outside of a bitcoin merchant was covered in litter. One of you would create a job request with a bounty of 5000 sats. The other one might only want to throw in 4000 sats. Other people continue to pile in commitments until some kid sees that there's like a 40,000 sat bounty on cleaning up a public parking lot. You all get a clean public parking lot and he gets 40,000 sats. Maybe next time, the job is planting trees around the parking lot and nobody picks up the job until the combined pay is 230,000 sats.
