This is the sort of data one should pay attention to in order to better understand the erosion of the purchasing power of the global reserve currency (USD)
• 2006 (Germany, $300 USD): Bitcoin did not exist yet → N/A (pre-Bitcoin era).
• 2010 (South Africa, $500 USD): BTC ≈ $0.06–$0.08 → ~6,250 – 8,333 BTC.
• 2014 (Brazil, $550 USD): BTC ≈ $626–$635 (July 13) → ~0.87 BTC.
• 2018 (Russia, $475 USD): BTC ≈ $6,360 (July 15) → ~0.075 BTC.
• 2022 (Qatar, $600 USD): BTC ≈ $16,758 (Dec 18) → ~0.036 BTC.
• 2026 (USA/Canada/Mexico, $2,030 USD): Current BTC ≈ $65,500–$65,800 (mid-June 2026) → ~0.031 BTC.
