Grasp is a decentralised alternative to GitHub based on Nostr, where your identity is a pair of cryptographic keys rather than an email address and password, and you can publish code from the terminal without signing up.
Everything is based on the NIP-34 specification for Nostr: repositories, issues and patches become signed messages that can be relayed by any server, allowing your repositories to be migrated without losing any data.
The Grasp ecosystem already exists with several tools (ngit-grasp, pyramid, viewsource.win, gitworkshop.dev), but the project is still in its infancy and could become a real threat to GitHub if it matures.
