Google Earth hides an experimental flight simulator in the Tools menu, accessible only on earth.google.com by switching the view to Satellite mode to see photorealistic 3D buildings.
The controls are very responsive but rather basic: Page Up/Down for throttle, arrow keys for pitch and roll, with optional mouse controls, designed for a leisurely flight rather than realistic aerodynamics.
Buildings and imagery load progressively during the flight, which can create temporary blank patches if your connection is slow or if you’re moving too fast.
