I got such vivid symbolic dreams last couple of years. Couple of nights ago a larger sequence started off with this image: Geordi LaForge escaping from his sinking motorboat. I painted it afterwards.

I've been encountering the crew of the Enterprise for over the years. This one with the warp engineer strikes me as profound. Obviously he's on the wrong ship, and one that has known better days. This all shouts old 'drive' and dead 'motivation' to me. And old pattern sinking back into the unconscious (water). I hope the Enterprise will find him, or he somehow has to make his way back to his space ship. But I don't think he knows where it is.
