I don't follow the Phillies, but I do this week because they're my MLB Survivor pick this week.
Two nights ago, they were down 6-8 entering the top of the ninth. They end up scoring 8 runs (!) with at least 1 homer, maybe another (who can remember) and win the game 14-9.
Last night, they were down 3-4 entering the top of the ninth. Down to 2 outs, they bring in Schwarber to PH, and he walks in like a 10 pitch at-bat. Then they bring in another guy Derek Hill to PH the next AB, and he homers to go up 5-4. They end up winning 5-4.
I know pinch hitting works from time to time, but this seems like magic.

Phillies are hot right now. Great move making Donny baseball interim manager. Jays have sucked this year. Maybe Donny baseball had a bigger impact than people thought.
I picked them because they've been hot. But they've been going down against the nats. Aging me like 10 years each night lol
