Also we need a SN button like we see with discord

The code seems not to be open source... so you need to reach out to the developer directly and see if they can integrate the button.

The question is, where will that button be linking to?

Yes, that's one option.

In the future we might get sub-territorie. Or I remember someone brought up the option to have "Series" in SN. Any of these solutions will help a lot in this case.

For now [TAG]s seem like a good compromise to mark/find posts with the same theme.
