Another Austin-based alternative-build housing startup. They make prefab homes, but fabricate modules larger than most prefabs yet smaller than trailer homes. Typical prefabs require hand tools and pieces small enough for humans to carry (afaik). Their modules are made to be positioned by crane and are connected by some purpose-built mechanism.

Also, unlike most modular home builders (afaik) they are planning to purchase real estate and do development themselves so there's no direct to consumer or direct to middleman headache. Also, branding feels way more effective than "futuristic home technology." It's kind of "make Americans homed again."
