All I see is today's 11,000 steps out of the necessary 50k. Will hit that and report back. MAYBE SOME SATS, MAYBE JUST BROWNIE POINTS?!
Forgot to comment yesterday. Went to the pool and mowed the lawn but also ate a lot of cake.

Somewhat back on track!!
Might be slightly over after I add this 30 calorie tea I drank. But I crushed the protein target. Thus I can dial it back a bit tomorrow and eat a tad bit more carbs.
Workout went well felt a bit weaker than normal.
That reminds me that I need to get out and walk the dog
