I will have to circle back and give this book more thought but for the sake of moving on to book #3 today here are some things I want to take note of:

• Marcus says humans were made to work together. Don’t let evil and others cloud this. Focus on God and doing good!
• Being afraid of death is childish. Death is the natural way and everything that is natural is good. So don’t fear death accept it and be thankful for it
• What ever you are doing give it 100% focus. Clear your mind and give it an all out effort
• The old and the young end up in the same place. Death no matter what happens on any time scale we all end up in the same state. Death
• The body, the flesh, the material, it all fades away. What is the saving grace for man is philosophy.
