Most media lists have Brock outside the top 10 so this is interesting.
Personally, I think this is a good spot for him. 7 or 8 makes the most sense to me but I understand some of the arguments that place him outside the top 10. We will probably never know how good he is or isn't outside of Shanahan's system as I am guessing he stays a 49er at least until he is passed his prime.
That’s probably his upper bound. I’d say any of Dak, Love, Herbert, and Daniels have a case for the 7th spot too.
I would only have Purdy above those guys because he has had way more playoff success than the first 3 and we haven't seen more than one good year out of Daniels yet. He might be ahead of all these guys.
I think 7-12 is pretty interchangeable. All guys are good and have positives and negatives.
