I was impressed with how comprehensive and thoughtfully designed the outdoor play area was. Coupled with the freedom of choice, the pupils could readily immerse themselves in a particular activity, ranging from the sandpit to the water pond to the playground. I was also captivated by the variety of crops grown in the garden, particularly the watermelon and apple plants! I was envious of how these young minds were able to lean into their personalities and choose the activity that caught their fancy without needing to think about fitting in with group norms!

I learnt that kindergarten students have been exposed to the life cycle of butterflies and different kinds of bees, an insight which I have promptly disseminated to my Science department colleagues.

Nice playground!
