As in: you're throwing away sats (to us, the rest of SN users) to achieve absolutely nothing...? that we know someone -- cuz we don't even know who -- dislikes something?

Let's imagine someone with a lot of bitcoin who hates BIP110 (and maybe Russia and Palestine too and may be a spook) and is aware of Stacker News. Why not use a trivial portion of your stack to suppress posts you don't like?
