I hadn't thought too much about the incentives for 110-Knots LN nodes until this am when I read #1527778. It seems risky running one's own at the moment.
Absent running one's own node, attaching a custodial wallet is a practical workaround, but neither really seems aligned with a staunch bip-110 supporter right now.
That's all to say, maybe he doesn't care for your sats.
