Tl;dr:

• By designing BTC payment products for the whole service ecosystem, understanding personas and what job BTC does for each of them, Bitcoin builders don't waste their resources and can pull the levers that can actually make a difference in BTC payment adoption.
• Service design is heavily underutilized in Bitcoin, and the methodology provides the exact tools to find and activate the most effective levers.
• Using all the available tools has become crucial for BTC as competition with other payment rails increases and new frontiers emerge, such as the agentic economy.

Anyway, the topic is really complex and exciting! Any feedback is always welcome!
