Coinjoin -> Coinjoin privacy is obviously better, and Lightning -> Lightning privacy is obviously better. If you stick regular on chain payments in between either flow, it reveals unnecessary information.

Assuming you mean on chain and not circular routes off chain... That would be a privacy bonus in Lightning's case.
