Dude is pro bitcoin but also wrote a book called the network state that pretty much gives credence to every crypto project on earth. It's very inline with Vitalik's vision. He was the CTO at coinbase and pretty much ushered in the ICO era exploiting legal loopholes. Very smart and thoughtful guy but it bothers me that he is ideologically probably 80% maxi but the incentive of the 20% is too strong for him to resist.
