Just groceries this week. The only fiat bottleneck I've never been able to solve is paying for a gym membership with Bitcoin. I could try to orange pill the owner I guess?
Wow, groceries are a big deal! Did you pay directly P2P, or is there a third party involved? I mean, does the shop owner you are paying have sats?
For the gym, yes, you should talk with them... or continue paying fiat :) Option 1 is much worth for both sides in the long run, it just requires some effort from you at the beginning. Keep us posted!
