100W solar panel run through the window onto the roof.

Bitaxe using custom inverter cord for 12v DC power from the Jackery

The Jackery display shows 63W incoming from the solar panel and the Bitaxe only using 22W. The remaining 41W are recharging the Jackery from its overnight run. The AC power cord that came with the Bitaxe draws about 25-26W, the DC cord I made runs between 20-22W. That difference gave me about 1.5-2 hours extra and was able to make it until sunrise without running out of power.

Excellent work! Thanks for sharing. I'm going to see what I can do here in my area and check the prices. I also need to consider what I could do since I live in a building on a middle floor. Your idea is very encouraging.
