But the biggest problem here is that I don't know how you can provably secure against rug in RWA tokenization without depending on legal, for the RWA side of it all. The only functional solution I've ever discussed with lawyers familiar with this is a properly set up trust, but you'll just end up being regulated like RH and disappointing your customers in your path to greatness, becoming just another fintech. Everything I've seen thus far tries to shortcut that and is basically secured by trustmebro. And the ones that didn't happened to be living in a regulatory sandbox, put a disclaimer up and rugged with "test failed", so people that put money into that were set up to lose everything from day 1.

If they didn't truly solve that, then I don't see a way to responsibly develop something like this.
