As Christians, we believe that Jesus Christ is the way, the truth, and the life and that no one comes to the Father except through Him. Many Christians also believe that faith in Christ, baptism, and living a Christ-centered life are essential parts of salvation.
This has always made me wonder about the people who lived before Jesus came into the world. What about our ancestors and others who sincerely believed in God but never had the opportunity to know Christ or be baptized?
Do you believe they can still be with the Father in heaven, or were they judged differently under God's plan before Christ's coming?
I'm genuinely interested in hearing different biblical perspectives on this.
I don’t think there’s anything wrong with that; it’s not as though they don’t rest in peace because they weren’t influenced by that ideology. The greatest proof that the Church, Christ and all that is a fabrication is that humanity is far older than those concepts, that is to say. They aren’t some absolute truth, but rather a story that someone made up at some point in history – a story that was later used by the elites to rule, maintain control and, above all, keep the sheep in line so they wouldn’t be capable of questioning or thinking deeply.
