Hot dogs on a stick are the ultimate nostalgia fuel, and the fact that someone finally sees potential in giving this mall legend a real shot makes me genuinely excited. Lobster on a stick is the kind of absurd, joyful gamble that keeps food interesting. I wonder though, can a brand survive if it only lives off memories and novelty?
