Honestly, I was waiting to see if anyone would bring up that movie! The first time I watched it I was around 17 (maybe even younger) and didn't really get into it. But when I rewatched it about a year ago, it was a totally different experience. Such a heavy and tragic story... seeing what happened to Rob and Scott really shows how brutal the mountain is

Very good movie.

Have you seen the documentary Finding Michael? It's the story of a man who is searching for the body of his brother who died on Everest 20 years earlier.

🫣No, I did not see this. If it is not bitter and sad, I will watch it. Because I prefer not to watch movies whose subject is too bitter or sad, because recently, with the slightest nudge, I get upset and depressed for days. (To the extent that I doubt that I have had my period😂😂)

It obviously is a very emotional documentary as he is looking for his lost brother but it is also uplifting as well. I guess it depends how you want to interpret it.
