both of these failed haha. Would a 20k zap work. 6k would be lost to SN fee

Wow! now I get it, if it's zap, it gives one cowboy credit and not sats. why does the usually zap goes as sats to my WOS but the invoice and LN address doesn't work?

I'm basically still a newbie in the space if I can't tell the difference between CC and sats on SN then how can I run a node and I learnt it still cost some dollars to keep it running.

Should have just found a 3rd party LN wallet with an active route

I think what happened was your wallet couldn’t accept the large payment due to lack on inbound liquidity possibly. So SN gave you cowboy credits as a fail safe.

Yeah but which one. After the Coldcard debacle I’m not suggesting anything to anybody!!

I do a lot of dumb fiat maxi stuff one thing I don’t want to do is lead stackers to the slaughterhouse.

Is there a way to convert Cowboy credits to sats?

reply

Yeah you can sell them to someone for sats other than that nope they stay with you until you use them all

reply

Do you need/buy some CC, trying to offload it 😁

reply

Darthcoin has an awesome graphic of that wallets a user should try based on their experience level.

But yeah if you want to level up no better way than running your own Lightning node if you can
