Bitcoin is a beacon of hope

Yesterday I bought my first coffee paying with sats. My first thought was the pizza guy who paid 10k BTC a long time ago. I said to my self: "Someday these sats will be a fortune". But even if I regreted getting rid of my precious sats, I was very satisfied because I paid my coffee in a P2P transaction, with no intermediaries, no censorship, no permission, no tax stealing, no greedy banks, no corrupt government in between... and that's priceless! So I paid with Bitcoin because fuck it, that's why.

Just wanted to say this website is really cool. I recently posted a discussion about Taproot-CISA here and the replies were genuinely informative and I like how I was able to tip people with the best replies. Feels like a new internet to me
