On the Ocean Dashboard (https://ocean.xyz/dashboard), it now says:
Lightning payouts pause at block 961,488. Temporary pause while dual-TIDES is possible. On-chain continues. Rewards are safe and Lightning payouts will resume when a single sharelog is active.

Shit... hard to believe this. I hope it gets resolved soon.
I suppose once they hardfork and change difficulty their won't be two competing chains , theyll be two diff protocols at that point. Then lightning payouts can be resumed? 🤷♂️
