I’m seeing various opinions on X and other social media platforms suggesting that—following the COLDCARD hack (where the main mistake made by those affected was blindly trusting the opinions of Bitcoin "experts" when choosing their wallet)—everyone is now talking about switching to this or that wallet brand.

It’s the same mistake all over again: basing a security decision on what the majority deems "secure," rather than educating yourselves and choosing the wallet that best suits your specific needs and level of knowledge.
