Once the UI and UX get better, and people realize they can get paid whenever and however they like, the clown world explode. Artists can build monetary incentive structures around their fanbase. Like if your one of "Nicki's Bees" then you get sats by promoting her content. She'll throw random rewards and create a gamified experience for her fans.
- After days of deliberation we came to final decision
- We should support Lil Durk and Up incoming album 7220
- So day and night we messaged, participated in livestreams
- Defended positions, Provided support and Encouragement
- We were then selected to help manage the community
- Giving us the ability to live the dignified life of community managers
- Dirks album came out and he gave 1 million sats to his top 3 supporters
- We were number 2
- People said we were crazy, but look whos crazy now
- We're Millionare's
The fans will get hit by lightning.
Call me crazy but I think this is what block (square) is trying to do. The current model kept artists broke or enslaved to the rent seekers forever (record companies). Popular example is TLC they were major in the 90s and their record company robbed them. The whole buy cd and you “own” the music isn’t true. You can’t sample music off that CD and not pay the record labels anything.
But yea this would be crazy and a direct way artists to give back to their diehard fans
