Once again, we are approaching to another exciting season in the UEFA Champions League. I know that some of you are still recovering from the latest World Cup and a bit fed up, but here we go again.

This year, @0xbitcoiner and myself will be supporting our teams at the top tier contest in Europe. Porto, as the winner in Portugal, qualified to the Group Phase that will kick off in September. Spain has 4 spots every year for the top teams in La Liga. This year, due to excellent results in the three European contests, Spain was awarded with an extra spot. Real Betis finished 5th last season and qualified for the Group Phase too.

The Group Phase's draw will take place on Thursday 27th August.

As in previous years, I am planning to run a contest through the year. This year, the contest will include the Group Phase and Knock Out Stage, meaning that will run from September till June 5th 2027.

I will be running a similar format to the World Cup, assigning points depending on the results that Stackers guess.

My first intention was to run it awarding smaller amount of points to group phase matches and then, progressively increase points awarded as Knock Out Stage advances, as we did in the World Cup.

However, there was some comments about that was a bit unfair and that it would be better to award the same points through the whole contest.

I am happy to take your point of view to see whether we can reach the best outcome. So, please choose an option from the pool below to know which option would get more support.
