Presumably that's what happened. I don't know how to check exactly.

OCEAN should not pay miners for creating less than 100% profitable blocks. Their job as a pool is to protect the profitability of the miners working for them, not to customize the stuff that gets added to the blockchain.

Yeah, it seems like that part of the template should probably be standardized.
