The part that interests me most is not the marketplace itself, but whether reputation becomes portable too.
If a tutor builds a strong profile with years of lessons and good reviews, could they take that reputation to another Nostr client if Lumen disappeared tomorrow?
To me, that would be the real advantage over a traditional tutoring platform. Identity is already portable with Nostr. Making reputation portable would be much more powerful.
The difficult part seems to be preventing fake reviews and Sybil abuse without turning reputation back into a centralized service.
I would be very interested to see how Lumen approaches that.
