In the Bitcoin Design Community, we intentionally use the term "opportunities" because we also want to see open-source projects post when they are looking for help. This could be on a volunteer level, for a bounty or grant, etc. The term "job" implies an employer-employee relationship. How about expanding the scope of the job board further by renaming it to "opportunities"? It might also need a brief explainer in the FAQ as the term is less familiar than "jobs".
