Yes, when I tried to buy some CC (much as I dislike them they are 'easy' when coinos is not always operational) it shows a whole screen of that channel failure message before finally giving an option to copy the payment invoice- but if I copy the invoice into coinos wallet and try to pay it still fails.
Hmmm looks like a liquidity issue ... weird that they spit all that out. I'll look into and give an update.
