49ers beat @Undisciplined's Raiders 18-12 in a sad and pathetic game with no touchdowns.
Let's start with the ugly. Aside from Cousins playing pretty decent for the Raiders early in the game, across the board this was one of the worst quarterbacked games I have ever seen. Jones and Martinez were both really bad for the 49ers and @Undisciplined's guys were not any better. In general an ugly game.
Now let's cover the bad. I still don't think the 49ers have a startable LG. Willis and Colby both had some nice plays but are both terribly inconsistent. Other bad was penalties. The refs were awful but the 49ers got way too many costly penalties.
The Good- Kaelon Black and Jordan James looked good. Khalil Herbert looks like he can provide some nice veteran depth at RB. Jordan Watkins (4th round pick 2025) had a strong game and should make the roster as the final WR. Special Teams was excellent. On the defensive side Collins looks like he is rounding into form after coming off shoulder surgery and looking rough last game. Bethune had a nice game and solidified his spot as the backup Mike and Jaden Dugger (4th round pick 2026) continues to impress.
Let's see what happens at the cut down and if any moves are made before Week 1 against the Lambs.

Yes that was your first overall pick throwing a pick to our 2nd string linebacker. He did make a couple nice throws. Definitely looked like a rookie. Good that you guys have Cousins to ease him in.
