it's been a pretty stealthy launch imo. no "official" announcement really at all. as far as i can tell, it's an rc version of knots too.

happened at about the same time as the ocean-luke-break-up announcement, looks like.

looks like it was yeeted together and launched without much fanfare. maybe intentional, maybe sloppy too...

They went through such ridiculous rigamorole to make the choosing of the algo appear fair, and then they go and stealth launch mining? Like what was even the point? They should just accept that they are doing a premine thing and tell everyone to get over it.
