Blum recruited Asian plaintiffs because they were being disadvantaged by race-based admissions...and they won at the Supreme Court. So your big “gotcha” is reminding the Asian guy that Asians successfully challenged racial discrimination against Asians?

Blum's motives don't change the principle, Asian applicants shouldn't be disadvantaged because they're Asian.
