What was the moment in your life when you felt the most anger or rage?

But I don't want the easy answer.

I want to know:

🧠 Who made you feel that anger… and what changed in you afterward?

Because some say:

“You have to let go of anger.”

Others say:

“You have to control anger.”

And some think something even more controversial:

“There are people who deserve our anger.”

🔥 Now comes the debate:

Does anger make us a worse person… or can it become the strength we need to change our lives?

👇 Choose one:

A) Anger destroys.

B) Anger can give you strength.

C) It depends on how you use it.

D) There are situations where it's impossible not to feel it.

And if you have the courage to do so:

Tell us what happened to you.

⚠️ No names. No insults. Just your experience.

I want to read an opinion that completely contradicts mine. 👇🔥

Anger is just an emotion. It is not good or bad by itself. If you let it control you, it will cause trouble and destroy things. But if you pause and use that energy to focus on a goal, it can help you get things done. The result depends entirely on what you choose to do with that feeling.

One day at my former restaurant, a customer and his fiancée ordered food but refused to take it when I brought it out, claiming I was delayed and rude. He started using insulting words to trigger the hell out of me. He even tried calling my boss to get me fired, which made no sense given how minor the issue was ,even with all my pleading. 🙏 He got inside his car, started the engine, and was abt to drove off, even though I knew I had been completely polite and cool. Instead of reacting with the rage I felt, I controlled myself, stayed calm, and didn't say anything offensive back. Seeing my reaction, he stopped car, smiled apologized, and asked for my account number to send me a big cash tip, confessing it was just a test to see how I treat customers, he said he really expected me to act angrily back. Honestly it was more than a prank and besides if he had rejected the food its would've been my cost!

That was my first time experiencing something that intense from a stranger.

Thank you for sharing your experience about anger with all of us, and with me in this post. Of course, I read your comment, and honestly, I don't know how I would have related it in that case, but as you said, it's an emotion; it's about how we can control our impulses.

I awalys have that day in my head and I love to share it.

Feeling anger is okay, it's natural; we can't control what we feel, but we can control our actions. Some people explode with aggression at the slightest provocation, no matter how small: an unwanted response, someone contradicting them, traffic on the highway, your child accidentally knocking over a glass of water, etc. These aggressive behaviors (shouting, insults, hitting) are what need to be controlled. If you find yourself in a high risk situation, and anger or adrenaline can be the impulse to save you, then unleash all your power.

My experience where I felt a lot of anger: An ex-partner hit my hand to knock my phone out of my hand. The next thing I remember was losing control, screaming, pushing him, and throwing something small but heavy at him. I didn't hit him in the face because I regretted hurting him at the last second (yes, I regret not doing it). I ran away.

You're absolutely right in saying that anger or adrenaline can also save your life in some cases; they're emotions that can prevent you from dying. Wow, I imagine you didn't stay in that relationship; it was a toxic relationship, wasn't it?
