I'm not disagreeing with whether things are or are not legal requirements. This was a discussion about what is justly owned by who. What the state decrees is irrelevant to that discussion, unless you completely outsource your judgement to it.

You did literally say I should leave, if I don't like it.

You have that freedom. You CAN go live elsewhere and avoid paying into a system paying pensions here. Of course, that might mean you become the immigrant somewhere else and deal with that too, in addition to whatever tax system they have. Grass might not be greener on the other side, or... it might be. Only you know what works for you.
