But to be honest, it's quite complicated. Many residents here owe their condominium fees, they don't pay the contributions collected for repairs in the common areas, and I doubt they'd want to or be able to contribute $500 or more for a generator. That's why I have to get one just for this apartment and coordinate with the owner.
