Reserving roles for humans sounds a little like laws the don't let you pump your own gas -- if humans can't make a compelling case for why they are better for the job than AI, mandating the roles be filled by humans will only lead worse outcomes for society and the people ployed in that manner.

Humans are scrappy. We are survivors. Removing the need to survive is not the way.
