The stablecoin feature is enabled in the self-custodial version, with support for five networks.
It allows you to send and receive digital dollars via Spark, Lightning, and Bitcoin on-chain.

It accepts USDC or USDT deposits from Solana, Ethereum, Tron, Base, and BSC.

Wallet of Satoshi has enabled the stablecoin feature in its app, which it began testing in July, the development team announced on September 2, 2026.

The tool is available in the latest version of the app, but only within the self-custody wallet. It does not work in all jurisdictions.
To activate the feature, users must update the app and go to Menu → Settings → Show Stablecoins.

The feature allows users to switch between satoshis and "digital dollars" within the app. According to information provided by Wallet of Satoshi, these assets can be sent via Spark, Lightning, or on-chain, with automatic conversion.
The tool also allows deposits of USDC or USDT from five networks: Solana, Ethereum, Tron, Base, and BNB Smart Chain (BSC). These deposits are received as digital dollars on Bitcoin.

Big move for WoS, sat/dollar toggle in one wallet is genuinely slick. The Spark angle is what makes me curious though, have you played with it yet? ~lightning

We need to be careful then, and I'll do more research on the subject.

reply

Exactly, be careful. Most probably you will end up providing free data to unknown parties and paying for it "loosing you sats"

This will be useful to a lot of people. But to be honest, I don’t like it. When they try to make everything user-friendly, there’s almost always something hidden away.

WOS is one of the most used wallets and has great support. Adding USDT really makes it more commercially viable, and it will surely be used by more traders and daily users, but we shouldn't get overconfident and hold large amounts of sats here!

This is good
