🧌 Mostro Node v0.18.7 is out!

🛡️ New payout safety rails: in-flight payouts are now capped per destination and node-wide, so one destination can't tie up the whole node's liquidity.

⏱️ Payout routes now bound their total timelock, not just the last hop, and user payout invoices are capped at 144 blocks instead of 432 — funds stay locked for less time.

🛠️ Operators can cancel pre-trade orders through the CancelOrder gRPC, with a new pretrade_only flag so a cancel never falls through into a dispute cancel by mistake.

🔧 Maintenance mode follow-ups: drain counters now count only in-flight payments, so draining a node actually finishes instead of waiting on already-settled orders.

🐛 Also fixed: admin cancel no longer trips on hold invoices LND already canceled, and the info event now advertises the correct hold window.
